HISTORY

Remnant Vision School was established by Dr. Reverend Jeremiah Kim in the year 2013. The school is built on a Christian foundation. It began as a small institution with just seven learners and three teachers.

Over the years, Remnant Vision School has evolved into a vibrant community of learners fostering academic excellence, spiritual growth and character development. The school attracts diverse nationalities with learners from various parts of the country including South Sudan, Korea, Tanzania, Somalia, Uganda and Burundi.

Since the establishment of the school, we have attracted an increment in population from 7 learners to 330 learners with an average of 22 to 25 per class.

In the spirit of nurturing the spiritual growth of the learners, the school has for years provided a continuous English Mission School Program (EMS) which supports our motto; Committed to nurturing global leaders.

Through various milestones and challenges, our school has remained dedicated to providing quality education and shaping young minds. Today, with pride, Remnant Vision School stands with a rich legacy of success and contribution to the society.

ENGLISH MISSION SCHOOL (EMS)

Remnant Vision School has a strong EMS (English Mission School) program which looks forward to nurturing the learners spiritually.

The program was adopted from Korea by the school founders with well-trained educators on spiritual upbringing of children. It is done from Monday to Thursday every morning for 40 minutes before the start of our normal daily program. This brings out the uniqueness of our school as we are able to ensure learners are well nourished spiritually and get correct guidance before the start of the day activities.

EMS takes learners through Bible stories and helps tem memorize verses basing on the theme of the week. A follow up is done by the teachers to ensure the learners are getting the concept correctly.

Through EMS, Remnant Vision School learners have improved in their interpersonal relationships, as they are able to apply the messages in real life and also share with family and friends outside RVS.
